Ginger and Garlic Paste Recipe
Ginger and Garlic Paste is a staple in many Indian and Asian dishes. You can make as much or as little of this paste as you’d like, but just be sure to use the ratio of 1 part ginger to 2 parts garlic.
Ingredients to make Ginger and Garlic Paste
- ¹⁄2 cup roughly chopped fresh ginger
- 1 cup peeled and chopped garlic cloves
These ingredients can let you make ¹⁄2 cup paste.
Method:
- Add ginger and garlic to a small blender or food processor. Blend until smooth paste forms.
- Store in a lidded glass jar in the refrigerator.
